Team Leader - Subscription Sales
Job Description:
• To implement the strategies made for subscription department.
• Handling team of tele-sales and being accountable for achievement of team as well as individual targets.
• Motivating, supervising & guiding the team members to achieve assigned sales targets.
• To arrange & distribute data to tele-sales.
• To plan targets & innovate new ideas to achieve the targets.
• To take initiative to solve problems found by tele-sales & customers.
• Plan to attend events for boosting subscription sales & organize brochures, etc. for the same.
• To prepare offer forms as per strategies made.
Desired Profile:
• Good English (written & verbal) communication skills with good telephone etiquette.
• An ideal candidate must have an experience in telesales with team handling role.
• An ideal candidate should have an experience B2B sales (preferably from media industry who have selling subscription of magazines).
• Selling digital subscription will be an added advantage.
• Job Location – Mumbai.
