Looking for Team Leaders who has experience in BPO-Voice Process. Minimum of 1 year experience as team lead is an added advantage.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. As a Team lead you are supposed to monitor and train team as per the process.
2. Build rapport with the customers and close the progressive leads.
3. Handling escalation calls from the team members.
4. Making sure about the following up the leads.
5. Help the team in achieving the team member's target.
