Short Description:

Manage the production in engine assembly in the shifts through optimum utilization of resources in order to ensure efficient & seamless operations & achieve production targets, quality, delivery, safety.
Employee engagement & timeline standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieving shift wise engine assembly production targets with desired product mix & to fulfil SPD requirements as per plan.
Analyse & take effective countermeasures to reduce internal as well as external customer complaints by focussing on incoming, in-process & assembly defects to provide defect free engines.
To control rejection, consumable, direct, indirect tool costs by optimum utilization of all resources to achieve manufacturing cost targets.
To drive improvement & employee engagement programmes on TPM framework and align with top management initiatives to continuously improve efficiency of the section in safe working environment.
To develop competency of team members to meet current and future manufacturing standards.
