Job Description
• Achieve growth and the sales targets every month by successfully managing a sales team
• Manage recruitment, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team members, with the objective to build and promote strong & long-lasting customer relationships, thereby building and increasing the potential referral business of the sales team
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Front Line Direct Sales Experience of minimum 3-4 years, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong business sense and timeshare industry experience required for a minimum 1 year
• Time share industry: 1 years
• Been in the city for atleast 1 Year.
