Job Overview:

As a Team Member and Delivery Partner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and providing timely delivery services to our customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering orders promptly and courteously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Food Preparation:

  Assist in preparing high-quality pizzas, sides, and other menu items according to Domino's standards.

  Follow recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency in food quality.

- Customer Service:

  Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

  Take orders accurately and ensure customer satisfaction.

  Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

- Delivery Services:

  Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport orders to customers' locations.

  Ensure orders are delivered promptly and in good condition.

  Provide excellent customer service during delivery, including following special instructions and handling payments.

- Store Maintenance:

  Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store, including the kitchen, dining area, and delivery vehicle.

  Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

  Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old for delivery partners, no age restriction for team members.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for delivery partners.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Willingness to learn and follow Domino's operational procedures.
