Team Member - Finance Operations
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Will be accountable for all service delivery parameters and ensure tasks are completed in line with target performance metrics required by client
Key responsibilities:
- Anticipate client’s requirements and deliver accordingly
- Responsible for acquiring process knowledge so as to be able to handle queries raised by clients
- To contribute towards process improvement initiatives within the organisation
- Ensure accurate and timely resolution of queries/issues
- Strong organisational skills; the ability to perform multiple tasks; the ability to communicate clearly and effectively; and the ability to communicate with the clients
- Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and general ledger for AXA Tech Singapore
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
- Handling month-end and year-end activities
Key skills:
- Graduate or MBA with 3 to 4 years’ experience in AP, AR, GL process
- Demonstrate a good ability to understand systems and structures underpinning accounting
- Demonstrate an ability to communicate at all levels
- Good logical, analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft ERP
- Knowledge of excel
