Designation - Team member

Location - Mumbai

Scope of work - Sales

Salary - Depends on candidature

Responsibilities:

1. Embark on an exciting outbound calling journey, connecting with potential customers and showcasing the power of our platform

2. ⁠Craft compelling sales pitch that highlight the unique features and benefits of our services.

3. ⁠Guide the customers through the seamless account opening process and ensure their smooth transition onto our platform.

4. ⁠Meet and exceed individual and team targets for customer acquisition and onboarding.

Requirements:

1. A passion for financial service and genuine desire to help customers achieve their financial goals

2. ⁠Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is mandatory.

3. ⁠Proven experience in customer service or sales role, ideally with financial service industry.

4. ⁠Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English and local languages.
