Team Member

We’re looking for team members who are friendly and love seeing people have fun.

Interact with both players and non-players in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional manner resulting in a very high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:-

Must have a pleasing personality and should be fun-loving.

Must have excellent customer service skills and must enjoy working with children and adults alike.

Must create a friendly impression when helping customers (both players and non-players).

Must have computer operating experience (Windows 10).

Must have basic money handling and math skills.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including late evenings and weekends.

Must be able to read, write, and communicate verbally in English and Hindi. Marathi, Gujarati and other popular regional languages of the city are an advantage.

Should enjoy video games. Prior video-gaming experience is an advantage.

Customer service and/or retail sales experience is an advantage.

The Preferred (but not mandatory) age should be between 21 and 30 years.

Essential Job Functions :-

Must be alert at all times, paying attention to players in the play areas, creating a safe environment for players, non-players and as well as equipment.

Must be extremely familiar with all games at the arcade. (Training will be provided.)

Keep the play areas and equipment neat & clean for players.

Ability to troubleshoot and follow instructions for addressing equipment issues.

Represent the company in a professional manner.

Other job-related duties as assigned and instructed by management.

Customer service expectations

We want our customers to have the best experience possible. Most of them may be completely unfamiliar with virtual reality. It is your responsibility to help & guide them into both understandings and enjoying their experience.

It’s important that you get familiar with all the games so you can recommend the right games and help players when they have a question. (One perk of the job will be the option to come in during non-arcade hours and play games for free.)

Explain and demonstrate the use of all arcade games, upon request.

Refer to the customer by name, in each and every transaction, with appropriate honorific titles (sir, madam, ji, etc.)

Demonstrate 100% willingness to solve problems.
