Leading all fibre design activities and provide technical expertise on all aspects of fibre design and planning
Forecasts expansion of Network resources based on traffic growth trend and market projections received from business units.
Preparing OSP planning & Capex approvals based on different business forecast & requirements
Assist ( TxE/LOB/Sales) with pre-sales activities focused on passive fibre network design and deployment projects for high BW non-standard solution .
Coordination with Other operators for co build, IRU purchase - New route Optimisation and utilization of existing assets(with max alignment with existing routes and utilization of existing ducts/fibers) - OSP design Optimisation for cost - Budget allocations and control Performance Metrics - Cost savings wrt own build cost # Project completion within allocated budget -
RFP Initiation / closure process including technical evaluation
Fibre network architectures and network topology physical and logical ring formation.
Responsible for new build, customer connections, network upgrades, network resiliency and customized solutions
Preparing Fiber engineering drawings HLD, LLD and As-Built Engineering
Fiber inventory management through GIS tool
IRU MSA preparation and vetting through legal
CER creation for Project fund and E2E WBS utilization tracking and doing monthly/quarterly capitalization and report to finance team .
Drive operational readiness activities
Liaising with internal and external customers
Manage internal and third-party teams to produce high quality designs of Fiber, FTTX and Enterprise networks for underground and aerial networks
Responsible for new build, customer connections, network upgrades, network resiliency and customized solutions
Continued driving of improvement in costs, timescales and quality

Minimum qualification & experience
Key Responsibilities: B Tech/B E Graduate (preferably Telecom ) , min 2-3years experience with 1 years minimum in Fiber field, ProjectManagement and Implementation with any Major Telco service provider .
