Job Duties and Tasks

1) Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks,

2) Clean or sanitise work areas, utensils, or equipment.

3) Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.

4) Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them.

5) Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products.

6) Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions.

7) Receive and process customer payments.

8) Serve prepared foods, such as muffins, biscotti, or bagels.

9) Stock customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items.

10) Take customer orders and convey them to other employees for preparation.

11) Set up or restock product displays.

Career growth plan -

First 6 months - Team Member

After 6 months - operation trainee -salary increment

After 1 year - Assistant manager - Salary increment till 15000

Qualification - minimum 10th pass

Exp - fresher or worked in f&b, quick service restaurants

Skills - basic communication in English

Stift Timings - 9am to 6pm - 3pm to 12pm
