Job Description -

  • To call up and receive customers calls for any kind of query / follow up required for the booking process.
  • To provide L1 support to the students and address their immediate queries.
  • To follow up on various aspects regarding documents, payments and other required details from the students.
  • To update and maintain internal records.
  • To write emails, respond to chat queries and answer in bound calls from Indian and international students.
  • Requirements 
  • 1-3 years as an call centre / BPO advisor serving international customers.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with neutral accent.
  • Ability to grasp process and follow it
