We are looking for the following positions and the skill sets indicated alongside:

Engineers / Graduates / Three year Diploma Holders with knowledge in Hardware Fundamentals, Operating Systems and Networking; an aptitude for troubleshooting of Desktops / Palmtops / Laptops.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for answering customer calls regarding technical issues and abide by the prescribed norms
Removal of virus
Installation of windows & MAC
Configuration of computer peripherals
Candidate with a flair for computer troubleshooting and an aptitude for Customer Support
Operating Systems; Windows 9x, 2K, XP
Basic Hardware & Networking knowledge

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Any Graduate/Post Graduate fresher or a tenured with Previous experience working in an English speaking contact center handling Information Technology products or services for 6 or more months in the same role
Other industry experience can be considered if the resource is a stable person with excellent industry knowledge and proven tech skills.
Expert knowledge in Security solutions, computer hardware and networking especially in wireless
Owns and regularly uses a computer.
Great Interpersonal skills as they will regularly be in contact with colleagues and/or customers.
Must also be knowledgeable in Windows and Android, use and navigation.
Good communication with excellent telephone mannerism(only B1H cadre).

Shift Timings & off- 5day schedule with rotational shift and off.
Compensation -Fresher package is 2.15lpa and tenured max can be of 4.50lpa(with only 4 L2 provisions).
