Client: Technology GCC for Global Biotech Company

Detailed responsibilities: • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the TOUCH application, with robust knowledge of the entire application and integrations, from business logic to code quality. • Fully understand and ensure compliance with GxP processes and Biogen SDLC. • Lead development team utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Work with IT functional leads and project managers upstream & downstream (project planning & initiation phase as well as delivery phase) to define roadmap, initiatives, scope, plan, and objectives to ensure appropriate delivery budget planning & resourcing. • Collaborate with technical and business teams to determine technical requirements and provide system design specifications based on business functional requirements. • Lead team of technical resources performing production support and analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment activities related to enhancement and product releases. • Work with technical team members to evaluate and recommend new technologies and standards. • Develop test strategy, execute unit and systems test plans, verify and document the results. • Analyze applications and services and determines the most efficient and economical programming solutions. • Works at the highest technical level of all phases of applications. • Perform change management activities such as source code management, creating activity records for production implementation, creating implementation plans. • Own feature development throughout all phases from analysis to production release. • Researching and implementing new product features, functionality with customer prototyping, and pilots. • Transition solutions, once delivered, to the technical support team for ongoing support and maintenance. • Provide guidance to operational solution support team as needed.

• 10 years relevant experience in IT, systems/platform architecture within a life sciences, services company or related consulting firm. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, hybrid, other). • Strong understanding of IT service management / ITIL foundational architectural concepts (incident, problem, change, configuration mgmt, design, business technology strategy, quality management, and IT environments etc), architecture DevOps methodologies, standards, and tools. • Deep experience with GxP processes, workflow, and documentation requirements. • Experience with application and database design, middleware concepts, user interface development, and information security engineering. • Considerable experience with • J2EE solutions • Spring Frameworks, including MVC and Spring Boot • ORM frameworks, Hibernate • Apache web servers • Weblogic and Tomcat • OpenAPI standards • Testing frameworks, Junit, Selenium • SQL, PL/SQL, Rest APIs • Familiarity with UI layer, HTML, CSS, JS • Familiarity with AI Code Tools
