Handling incoming calls & selling technical support subscription plans to the customers.
• Interact with the customers to resolve their queries related with hardware/software issues.
• Taking inbound calls from customers regarding their pop up issues,
• Taking remote access to customer's computer & diagnosing the problems
• Convert the customer calls into sales
• Will be responsible for ATTAINING daily, weekly and monthly Sales TargetsRequired Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent communication & convincing skills with fluency in English
• Candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience in inbound Tech Support can apply.
• Candidate should be flexible working with Night Shift
• Candidate should have an enthusiasm to learn and earn.
• Candidate must know how to take the transfer and make a sale.
