  • Engineer should have experience working with different operating systems Windows Linux or Mac OS an extensive understanding of computer systems networks mobile devices Active Directory Software installations and other technological equipment KEY 


  •  Should able provide to enterprise level support to end users research diagnose troubleshoot and resolve the issues with user satisfaction 
  • Engineers interact with end users through phone emails or chats and resolve issues problems promptly and effectively Provide resolution to end user with agreed service level 
  • Able to work in a competitive environment and meet the KPIs productivity quality FTF customer satisfaction etc JOB 


  • Any graduate with 1 5 to 2 years experience in technical customer support role Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction 
  • A good understanding of IT providers services Advance knowledge of MS office applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills English Flexible to work in Shifts 24x7
