Eligibility Criteria :
  • Graduate (10+2+3),B.E/B.Tech, Post Graduates, Diploma Holders (10+2+3)
  • No Percentage cut off
  • Candidate should not have any backlogs in order to qualify for the test and interview process
Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Responding to call-outs in a timely fashion
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults Logging the queries of customers and employees
  • Analysing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
  • Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution
Required Skills:
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Telephone manner.
  • Willingness to work in 24*7 environment, with 65% or more being night shifts.
