Qualification/Experience:

Not pursuing graduation, pursuing graduation, Graduate Freshers are welcome Person has to be flexible to work in 24*7 shifts.
Answering voice calls from first time callers / software subscribers in a professional manner.
Understanding the issue and providing resolution to customer’s query (Technical/Non-Technical/Billing) in a timely and efficient manner, providing free diagnostic and pitching for a tech support sale on that call.
Excellent selling and persuasive skills to sell Managing at least 12 – 15 customer interactions from various partners during the production hours Demonstrating intermediate diagnostic and relationship-development skills in addition to convincing and selling skills in all situations necessary on the call.
Taking customer details and documenting/tracking every interaction in the Documentation portal for details to be available immediately for the tech teams and also for future references.
Effectively managing daily productivity starting from reporting to work on time, break adherence/aux management in order to be available to work with customers, Meet revenue generation & other service delivery goals and provide the best possible experience to our subscribers.
Reporting new process issues that impact customers to the management Remaining up to speed on new technologies, new issues and new product offering.
Fundamental Tech knowledge: Should be able to perform issue diagnosis & gain remote access of user’s PC. An unwavering commitment to customer service & demonstrating 'grace under pressure' in a fast-paced environment. Previous Experience in Sales/Collections in an international voice process would be an added advantage
Tech Support

Job Description for MAC

Troubleshooting and configuration of all Apple products. (e.g. MAC Book, I Mac, Mac pro, IPad and IPhones)
Installation & configuration of printer and Wi-Fi router.  Configuration of Apple mails and APPS.
Back up creation of Outlook, Apple mails and entourage.  Installation & Up gradation of OS X & IOS.
Support includes fault diagnosis and resolution of IPhone and Mac OS X, provide assistance to customer queries from problem initiation and resolution.

Desired Skills:

Candidates with minimum of 6 months experience in MAC Troubleshooting.
Comfortable with 24/7 working environment.
Should have good communication skills.
Should be comfortable with voice based process.
Experience in customer support environment is an advantage.
Should have experience in Diagnosis of Mac / OS X and troubleshooting.
