Process:Inbound Tech Support
Job Role:Customer will call regarding their issues on the computer or laptops or any other peripherals like printer,router,ipad,iphones etc.Customer will call related to issues like pop up on the screen,anti virus,email issues etc.Candidates needs to troubleshoot issues on their computer or laptops etc and convince the customer to pay for to fix up the issues.once the customer pays the money then thecandidates needs to transfer the call the to the technician for the service.

Candidate Profile:Candidates needs to be communicative,convincing.Candidates needs to close their own calls.Candidates English is must and fluent.Candidates must have exp in tech support for at least 6month or 1 year above in inbound or outbound tech.Candidates must be flexible.
