                          Will call related to computer issues like Pop up calls, Antivirus issues, Error code messages, Email issues etc.Candidates need to solve these issues and charge a certain amount.

• We are hiring for Technical Sales Associate (International Voice Process).
  • Experience Required.
  • Salary: Rs. 13000 – 25000 Monthly. + Fabulous Incentives

• Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge on Internet troubleshooting.
  • Need to Handle Inbound US Technical Support Calls.
  • Attending Inbound calls relating to Computer, Printers, Router, Email, Antivirus and Pop Up Issues.
  • Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans.

  Experience and criteria:

• Experience in International BPO for Tech Support (Sales).
• Should be Comfortable with Night Shift.
• Must know to close calls and take payment.
• Fluent in English.
