Job Description

  • It is for Technical Support & software implementation role.
  • We are Looking for Immediate joiners.(Only Female)

Designation - (Tech Support ) Via (Call/Email/ Remote access)
Job Description -1. This includes client's business requirement study and discussing the project implementation methodologies2. Mapping client requirements in the existing product and come out with GAP analysis.3. Communicating gaps to the development team and proposing workaround if any to the clients.4. Working with executives to create a plan of execution and suggesting an implementation process that meets the required completion time frame within budget.

Project Execution:1. To execute all activities for the deployment of the product. This includes mapping of the business requirements into the software. Setting up and Configuring the business policies,2. Process Mapping and ensuring timely delivery of the processes.3. Identifying potential problems and presenting desirable solutions to ensure smooth implementation
