Salary : 3LPA(For Freshers) to 5.8LPA (For Experienced)
(In hand from 24k to 45k)
Shifts : 5 days a week. No weekends but split week offs.
Qualification : Graduate or UG with min 6M tech support exp)
Tech Support Eligibility :
. Candidate must be well versed in
. Window 8/8.1 and Win 10
. systems troubleshooting experience.
. installation of devices like printers for a computer network.
. How to deal with driver conflicts.
. Configuring multiple email clients from MS Outlook to third party email clients like Incredimail, Eudora or Thunderbird.
. connectivity issues(network/internet) and should be able to put up a wireless network.
. Addressing issues with productivity software suites like MS Office/Excel/Powerpoint.
Required Experience :
Candidate must have Technical Support experience in Dell or HP Process.
Candidate with experience in Laptop or Desktop support for consumers.
Job Location : Thane.
Telephonic support provided for out station candidates.
Local candidates must attend the interview at the venue.
