Candidate must be well versed in . Window 8/8.1 and Win 10 . systems troubleshooting experience. . installation of devices like printers for a computer network. . How to deal with driver conflicts. . Configuring multiple email clients from MS Outlook to third party email clients like Incredimail, Eudora or Thunderbird. . connectivity issues(network/internet) and should be able to put up a wireless network. . Addressing issues with productivity software suites like MS Office/Excel/Powerpoint.
Required Experience : Candidate must have Technical Support experience in Dell or HP Process. Candidate with experience in Laptop or Desktop support for consumers.
