We are hiring for Technical Sales Associate (International Inbound Voice Process)

Salary: INR 1,50,000 – 3,60,000 P.A. + Fabulous Incentives

Responsibility:-
Knowledge on Internet troubleshooting
Need to Handle Inbound US Technical Support Calls.
Attending Inbound calls relating to Computer, Printers, Router ,Email Antivirus
Candidate must know how to trouble shoot Windows and MAC problems Candidate must be efficient in taking remote access
Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans.

Experience and criteria:-
Experience in International BPO for Tech Support (Sales)
Should be Comfortable with Night Shift
Must know to close calls and take payment.
Fluent in English.

Benefits:-
Fixed salary credited on 10th of every month + Incentives ( Weekly & Monthly)
12 paid leaves in a year + 15 comp off + Paid B'day leave
No extension of shift timing.
Working Days:5 ( Fixed Sat And Sun Off)
