- Answering customer inquiries and listen to their problems/asks
- Troubleshooting customer reported problems – Remote support and On-site support.
- Identifying root causes for the problems and taking corrective and preventive steps.
- Installation of OS and software.
- Providing training to the customer on software and solutions.
- Product demonstration to customers.
- Generating problem reports, logging issues, escalation of critical issues.
Required Skills:
- Good reasoning and analytical skills
- Good listening skills
Having Excellent Communication & comprehensive skills.
Must have technical knowledge on Cloud computing.
Experienced on providing chat support and comfortable with inbound and out bound calls
CSAT being part of the KRA
Educational background – Engineering Worked for international client
