Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Attending international calls from US and Canada based Customers and clients.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware &Troubleshooting
  • Provide technical support customers regarding Different Devices etc. Analysing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in Tech Support preferred (At least 6 months)
  • Fresher’s with excellent technical skillet and confidence can also apply.
  • In-depth knowledge of hardware and software.
  • Candidate with Excellent Communication Skill & Excellent Technical Skills
  • Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with client
  • Graduates BCA/MCA/BTECH FINAL YEAR OR Passed out can apply.
