Responsibilities and Duties
- Understand and become conversant in a relatively large software application
- Understand, interpret, reproduce, and diagnose customer problems.
- Perform Root cause Analysis Teach solutions to customers.
- Communicate clearly and precisely with customers in written and verbal form
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the case tracking system.
- Work with members of the team and other departments/teams to resolve product issues
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Software support experience
- Understanding of SQL Server database
- Windows system administration concepts
- Problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good in MS Office tools
- Good communication Skills
- The point of sale software support experience is preferable
- Functional knowledge in Billing, Inventory, Purchasing is preferable
Work Description
- Technical support to restaurants and retail shops
- The name of the software is Cozy POS ()
- Need to work in shifts as per need
- The current 3 shifts are morning, general, evening
- Customers are in Telangana, AP, other states in India
- Customers are spread in other countries as well
- It will be remote support mostly and need to visit the customer location in some cases
- Having a bike for travel is preferable and fuel expenses for customer visits will be reimbursement
- For outstation visits, travel, boarding, lodging will be reimbursed
- It will be a highly technical and functional job and the candidate will get to learn many aspects of technology for a better career growth
