Job Description:

The Technical Account Manager is responsible for assigned Client accounts.
This position will be responsible for helping our clients engineer the product to their particular needs and requirements.
The Technical Account Manager would be required to do Key Account Management on assigned accounts
Up-Sell, Cross-Sell, and enablement on new features, and modules to assigned accounts.
This Position involves interacting with clients, our sales department, and the technology department on a day-to-day basis.
