Job Description

Technical Analyst – SaaS Support 

Mumbai 

Role Overview

Calypso Technology is seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our Product Support team based in Mumbai. We are seeking a Technical Analyst to provide Support to our clients. This is a tremendous opportunity to develop business, product, and technical skills. The position affords a unique opportunity to leverage existing technical expertise and develop/enhance domain knowledge and develop a Front-To-Back, Cross Asset view of the Financial Markets.

Responsibilities
  • You will analyze the code and work towards identifying the source of the problem
  • You will work closely with Business Analyst to analyze and investigate bugs
  • Write test programs when required to stimulate the issue being faced by clients
  • Work directly with global clients on API related issues

Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial software including Core Java, J2EE, JBoss EAP, Swing, JDBC, RMI, SQL, XML
  • Object-oriented analysis, design & development experience
  • Knowledge on databases, SQL/ Oracle or Sybase
  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Computer Science or IT
  • Excellent Communication skills
Our Office 

Calypso Mumbai office has a friendly and collaborative environment, celebrating festivals and events together. Our office is in the Akruti Center Point building with excellent transport links nearby. This Mumbai team is growing has reached almost 240 employees working across all key division. We have a modern cafeteria onsite along with a breakout for foosball, Carrom, Foosball, Chess, Table Tennis etc.

Calypso SaaS team provides the Calypso Application in a secure, robust, and redundant hosted environment with availability of all Core Calypso Interfaces and data transfer with external parties and internal systems via Secure FTP or Real-Time Messaging, while also performing regular software upgrades and maintenance. SaaS Support serves as the single point of contact for all issues and SaaS clients.
