The Role:
Technical Analyst The Technical Analyst is a senior resource with extensive experience developing and supporting technical solutions. The Technical Analyst is accountable for ensuring that the client’s problem domain and associated integration data are understood and that the system integration addresses those needs. The Technical Analyst must be also capable of providing support in installation, deployment and troubleshooting of the technical solution. The Technical Analyst must be a top performer and results-oriented with a proven history of successes working on large scale technology projects, overcoming and delivering on major technical challenges, offering significant contributions and results, and working with clients.
How Will You Contribute
This is an ideal opportunity for a Technical Analyst with 3-5 years’ experience in a global organisation looking for a role to build on their experience with us.
On any given day you will be expected to undertake responsibilities including:
- Gather, document, analyze and implement integration solutions utilizing web services and APIs
- Gather, document, analyze and implement integration solutions utilizing SQL statements
- Coach, mentor, and transfer knowledge to the client database administrators
- Work with third party applications to ensure best means of message transfers
- Manipulate source code to fix data integrity issues or to extend usability of software code.
- Troubleshoot environment issues in the technical solution
- Identify and report technical risks throughout the life of the project and provides mitigation strategies for those risks
- May be required to lead a team of client Integration Specialists through the analysis, design, construction, test, and implementation phases of the project
