Currently, We are looking for the Technical Architect (Primarily Python Django and Flask) in Yeshwanthpur - Bangalore.

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. To lead the development and lifetime maintenance of software products

2. Developing the detailed design structure after understanding the requirements

and the design.

3. Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project.

4. Responsible for managing the continuous improvement process within the

software product’s lifecycle.

5. Maintain project plans for both software and hardware development and report

back to management on the progress of projects.

6. Perform products validation and testing against international, national and local

standards.

7. Ensuring a detailed understanding of the needs with the team and providing

mechanisms to validate products against the standards

8. Ensuring software products developed at our company are adequately documented, to

a level to allow other group resources to maintain the package and that adequate

backups of each version of software for all projects are maintained in an ordered

and safe fashion

9. To get involved from initial concept, design and functional specification, some

writing of code, writing of preliminary documentation and testing of the final

product.

10. You will have a number of staff in your team and be expected to directly manage

those staff.

11.To carry out staff appraisals, skill sets reviews and general personnel

management.

12. Fulfilling all the commitments by timely delivering the deliverables.

13. Make yourself completely aware with all the technologies thoroughly especially

the ones associated with software or application which is under construction.

Requirements:

1. Total 10 plus years of experience in Software Developing as both back end and

front-end programmer and minimum 03 years as Software Technical Lead.

2. Highly skilled in Python Django Framework and able to lead the team of

developers working on similar platform.

3. Good Knowledge in working with Databases like MS SQL, My SQL and its

operations.

4. Must have excellent technical abilities in order to successfully perform their job

responsibilities.

5. Applicable skills may include the following: mobile or website systems; security

principles; open source security tools; programming languages; and shell

scripting.

6. Aside from key technical abilities, need to have strong leadership skills to

motivate team members and know how to efficiently make important decisions.

7. Should also have strong communication skills to oversee personnel and foster

collaboration with other organizational departments.

8. Should display a high degree of adaptability in order to learn new technologies as

needed and successfully manage the daily challenges of a technical

environment.

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B Tech / MCA

Relevant Experience: Minimum 10+ Years
