Qualification : 1. Post Graduate in any Science subject preferably in Biological science/Environmental Science/B.Tech in IT/CS 2. Diploma/degree in RS/GIS from any recognize university
Desirable : Candidate other than Post Graduate in Remote Sensing and GIS should have Diploma course in RS/GIS from a Recognized Institution/University
Experience : At least 6 months experience in DIP/GIS related work in forestry or other allied areas
Remuneration : Rs. 31000/- +HRA
Age Limit : 30 years
Technical Associates 5 each for four zonal offices of FSI

Project Associate I(PA-I)

Qualification : 1. Post Graduate in any Science subject preferably in Biological science/Environmental Science/B.Tech in IT/CS 2. Diploma/degree in RS/GIS from any recognise university
Desirable : Ph.D in any of the above subjects
Experience : Working experience of 3 years in natural resource assessment/manag ement
Remuneration : Rs. 47000/- +HRA
Age Limit : 40 years
Selection Procedure : The selection of the candidates for the post of TA will be done based on the walk–in test which will comprise three parts Written (multiple – choice/Short answer type) and/or Hands-on test on the use of Remote Sensing and GIS software(only for candidates applying of RS/GIS at the headquarters) (only those candidates who qualify written test will be asked to appear in Hands-on test) and/or Interview.
