Ø Cisco Call Manager, Cisco unified call Manager, Cisco Unity, Gateways. VoIP products. SRST.
Ø Unity Voice Mail
Ø Cisco Voice Gateways & IVR ( H.323,MGCP,SIP)
Ø Knowledge of CIMC and VMware on UCS server
Ø CUCM Basic Configuration such as IP Phone and End User addition etc.
Ø UCCX Basic Configuration such as Agent addition in a Team or CSQ, Skill set changes etc.
Ø Cisco Calabrio call recording administration & basic configuration skill.
Ø CUCM, UCCX and Gateway Monitoring – RTMT
Ø Monitoring of devices and report if there is any issue.
Ø Daily Checklist as per site requirement.
Ø Attending the day to day MAC tickets.
