 Managing CE Router end to end configuration and connectivity issue. Then do the First

Level Troubleshooting (FLT) and book Ticket in RF Airtel Portal and update local

customer contact details and FLT details.

 Associate and update ticket of RF (LTE) with frequent updates, if no ticket from RF (LTE)

team then raises a ticket before ERT. If field support is required raise the work order.

 Support to Call field team and guide them to resolve fault. Call CTO/CMM/IP leads for

notifying the outage with Proper Time.
