Training attended ( technical & non-technical both )Understanding about
ITIL process. Focus on standard operating Process. Good & timely
communication & documentation. Experience on remote troubleshooting would
be an added advantage.
Ø Skills: Basic
understanding and Hands on Routing & switching technologies Understanding
about routing technologies like STP, RSTP, VLAN's, VPC, link-aggregation etc.
Knowledge about switching & Routing alarms/incident. understanding on Cisco
Wireless Controller and Access Point ,Wireless Client Association ,SSID etc
Good understanding on network management systems, utilities & reporting.
