Configuring/troubleshooting on NB5/ PB5/ PS5/ LigoWave/ Cambium radios, MROTEK/ D-link/ Tp-
link and RTS switches.
Troubleshooting on Aggregation / POP - L3/l2 Cisco switches and Core ASR9k routers, clearing CRC,
checking client policy/ IP details / POP utilization, client utilization, VLAN Tagging on client end
radios / switches.
L3 break for ILL and VC testing for LM clients Tata/ Airtel on POP.
Monitoring and maintaining uptime of Hotel solution clients by coordinating with engineer
deployed at site.
Troubleshooting on Switches/ AP/ CPE Wi-Fi enabled Hotels by MSC/ MSG/ 24online portals
provided at client premises and creation of coupons as per client requirement.
Responsible for monitoring/ ensuring uptime/ maintaining downtime reports for prestigious clients
(IBIS/ Amazon- 25 sites across PAN cities) and attend monthly meeting for outages.
