Preferred technical educational background
Exposure to content writing for IT/Software products & solutions.

Relevant experience in content creation and development of the existing content
A good grasp of technical knowledge and the ability to write technical contents
Experience working in a product/ service based environment
Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research tools.

Job Description

Analyze information from multiple sources (SME, Offline, Online) and use them to create original documents for a wide variety of technologies
Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding
Understanding of software development lifecycle, digital technologies, related concepts
Knowledge of social media content marketing (preferred)
Learn about various technical business domains and gather data through secondary research
Create crisp, concise and compelling content based on the project brief and data gathered through research
Adhere to strict quality guidelines and create plagiarism-free content
Assume responsibility for the work and adhere to delivery timelines
Research, outline, write and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
Work with manager to write different technological blogs
Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation
