Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, English, communications, linguistics, or related field
3+ experience as a technical writer, editor, or content strategist, with a focus on software or workflow applications
Hands-on experience in working with MS Office tools (such as MS Word, MS Excel, Visio and MS PowerPoint)
Adept in creating: How-to guides for internal - external users and usage guides, with extraordinary presentation skills
Strong technology fundamentals: We expect you to go from the highest level of abstraction to reading and understanding code
