Job Description

Responsibilities And Duties-

  • Determine the clear and logical way to present information for the reader's comprehension and write and edit technical information accordingly.-
  • Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards by engaging with cross-functional teams.-
  • Write user-friendly content to translate complex product-related documentation for internal as well as external stakeholders.-
  • Evaluate current content and future pipeline to ensure consistent and fluid messaging across the documents.-
  • Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write product manuals, implementation guides, blogs, and API documentation.-
  • Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Information Technology or relevant technical field.-
  • Prior experience of 2-4 years in the industry as an effective technical writer.-
  • Proven ability to quickly learn, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and understand complex topics.-
  • A decent understanding of SDLC process.-
  • Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences.-
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.-
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.-
  • Proficient in GSuite, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.-
  • Nice to have a UI/UX tool experience
