Prior Prod/App dev experience on Java / Open Source
Good exposure to Cloud -
Manage end to end delivery

Own client relationship
Demonstrate technology innovation and thought leadership while managing day to day product/app development delivery for a team
Mentoring and owning multiple teams ranging from 10 to 50 members

Contribute to business development within accounts

Create or tap the opportunities to expand current accounts across different workstreams and hunting new accounts

Think outside the box to drive digital transformation initiatives and can push the limits to work with tech savvy clients

Handle multiple client engagements with teams ranging from 10 to 50+ across different domains and diverse technologies

Cares about the quality of deliverables and is passionate about providing the innovative technology solutions to meet the clients' expectations

Provide inputs for addressing all technical clarifications to the client

Participate in architectural, design & code reviews while establishing and maintaining best practices

Engage in presales, customer solutioning, brainstorming product ideas with prospects

Mentor developers at all levels, evangelizing capabilities leveraging latest technologies

Zoom in / zoom out to help the teams technically going beyond the pure people management role

Lead, mentor and grow a team of skilled and passionate software engineers and help them advance in their career

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Good Client management skills

Ability to multi-task and switch context to changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment.

Should have prior experience of managing teams

Ability and prior experience in leading and mentoring a team technically

Should possess time management skills and should be able to work under serious deadlines MUST HAVE qualifications including Education/Training/
Certifications (Quantified Skills/qualifications without which a candidate will not be able to perform the job) *

15-20 years of total work experience in designing and developing distributed, highly scalable applications in Java , Open Source , LAMP and related technologies

At least 10+ years' hands on exposure in architecting, managing development and client interaction involving following areas

Cloud native applications

Migrating legacy applications to cloud using Azure or AWS

Service Oriented Applications

Enterprise integration

DevOps / Release engineering

Data engineering

Managed a team of 50+ consultants
