Job Description:
® Support network systems deployed and managed by the organization for its customers.
® Act as the primary point for managing and resolving customer service technical support issues
® Provide first level 24x7x365 escalation support for customers.
® Elevate client experience by demonstrating ownership and empathy to clients over all modes of communication - Call, Chat and Email.
® Providing online support to the end-users.
® Giving demo & online support to customers.
® Monitoring All Performance log reports.
® Maintain the daily Bugs and Customization reports.
® Handling the testing of equipment’s etc.
Desired candidate profile:
® Candidate should be well versed with Optical Fiber Networking.
® Ensure that the entire Networking Infrastructure is under 24x7x365 surveillance and alerts are proactively monitored, reported and resolved or escalated in a timely manner.
® Ready to allocate anywhere on Pan India location.
® Candidate should have strong academics and sound technical awareness.
® Should be able to interpret the problem statement conveyed by the client
