Technical Engineer / Technical Resolver
Taking inbound calls with computer issues and resolving customer issues.
Troubleshoot any technical queries to US & Canada Clients.
Should have knowledge of WINXP, WIN7, WIN8 & windows 10.Able to take Desktop Remote Access from the client.
Troubleshoot issues related to software, printer, email, Router & Extender configure.
Skills & Competencies:-
Operating Systems
Windows 8, Windows 10Applications
MS-office, Desktop, and Server related applications Infrastructure
Good Experience in Support of Desktop Environment is mandatory; Basic Concepts and understanding of Networks; Knowledge of Network Printers, Wireless, and Mailing solutions is a must.
Should have experience in Domain Environment Knowledge
Must have sufficient knowledge of Basic Network Components Must have working knowledge & exposure to customer handling Knowledge of Server operating systems and their functioning.
Should have the mindset and attitude to serve and support customers and be a great team spirit
Experience of 1 to 2 years in Technical/Desktop Support
