Core Work Activities:
1. Audit the Service process at Auth. Service centers for quality service.
2. Ensure that Service centers are carrying out all the jobs as per the schedule and customer
requirements.
3. Manage approvals beyond the authorization of Service centers.
4. Service Channel manpower competency mapping and planning for training. Organizing
training.
5. Monitor Service business of the Service centers to ensure viability.
6. Co-ordinate with Captains for managing breakdowns / Major repairs for quick repairs.
7. Ensure availability of tools & equipment’s at Auth. Service centers.
8. Facilitate Claim management with Ch. Service executive.
9. Facilitate to resolve Auth. Service center issues with management.
10. Collect feedback of Captains on product performance & service quality.
Additional Requirement:
1. Should have sound technical knowledge and analytical skills.
2. Should have his own 2-wheeler.
3. Should be able to speak, write & read in English, Hindi, and local language (of respective
state)
