Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Implementation:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans tailored to specific regions or territories.
Implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives in the field to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
Fieldwork and Customer Engagement:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive activities.
Travel to designated areas to meet with clients, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders to promote products or services.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between the company and its clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Sales Support:
Provide sales support by assisting in the development of sales collateral, product literature, and marketing materials.
Work closely with the sales team to coordinate activities, follow up on leads, and track sales performance in assigned territories.
Reporting and Analysis:
Collect and analyze data related to marketing activities, sales performance, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key insights, findings, and recommendations to management.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
