1. Responding to queries on the phone, email and solve their queries
2. Need to replay on Customers mail regarding customer complains or quires.
3. Need to do outbound calling to the customers who have sent mail regarding complains or quires.
4. Candidate should have knowledge of MS office / MS Excel / Mail Drafting.
