Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Helper to support our team in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs, and NVRs.
- Support the setup and repair of desktop and laptop computers, including hardware replacements and software installations.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of printers, including troubleshooting issues, replacing parts, and ensuring optimal performance.
- Provide on-site and remote support to clients for technical issues related to CCTV, computers, and printers.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of network equipment to ensure proper connectivity for CCTV systems and computers.
- Document all installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks, ensuring accurate records are kept.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in CCTV installation, computer repair, and printer maintenance.
