Job Description
- 1. Sourcing resumes from different job portals, through referrals, Naukri, Monster, Times job, and as per the requirement
- 2. Requirement Managing and completing the recruitment life cycle for sourcing IT requirements.
- 3. Handling recruitments for junior, middle and senior levels in India/ onsite
- 4. Requirement gathering from the client concerned.
- 5. Filling the requirements on Permanent and Contractual staffing
- .6. Understanding the requirements shared by Delivery Heads.
- 7. Develop effective sourcing strategies, and source candidates from a wide variety of resources (database, internet, job board, referrals, networking, etc.) to increase candidate pools.
- 8. Pre-screening resumes of IT professionals/ IT consultants according to client requirements.
- 9. Preliminary interviews of candidates telephonically after screening and short listing of CVs.
- 10. Coordinating and arranging interviews of shortlisted candidates. And Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews
- 11. Negotiating the compensation packages and coordinating with the candidate & client.
- 12. Coordinating with candidates through email/phone for interviews, feedback, and selection.
- 13. Pre-interview and post-interview follow up with the candidates and ensure the joining of candidates
- 14. Handled major niche skills in sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
- 15. Organized and handled drives on the client premises, took over major scheduling, and coordinated tasks on a daily basis.
- Responsibilities
- 1. Recruit and hire top technical talent within the industry efficiently and effectively
- 2. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (i.e. HR, Engineering, and Operations teams)
- 3. Provide an efficient experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, growing the interview process and offer process, including but not limited to items such as reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.
- 4. Source active and passive candidates through internal referrals, networking, external databases, and research
- 5. Initiate offers to close candidates by leveraging and partnering with executive management, and other groups as necessary.
- 6. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
- Qualifications:
- 0.6-0.8 months of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or hyper-growth company
- 2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (Good if BE/BT)
- 3. Proficiency with Greenhouse or similar ATS, LinkedIn, referral programs, job boards, and social media/networking platform
- 4. Proven track record in technical recruiting for a wide range of niche roles, especially complex and technical engineering positions
- 5. You can run a full cycle recruiting process and own engaging talent and collaboration with the hiring team
- 6. Able to articulate business needs, evaluate talent, and close the senior talent
- 7. You can manage various roles at once and you use creative strategies to build a consistent, humming pipeline (including engaging passive candidates)
- 8. Strong organization and time management
- 9. Strong written and verbal communication, highly organized with a focus on delivering business results
- 10. Able to pivot and adapt when needs change
- 11. You take initiative and are proactive and collaborative
