What The Role Is About

The primary responsibility of the EdCast Technical Librarian is management and quality control of EGT - the EdCast Global Taxonomy.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Curate English + one other language taxonomy
• Train English + one other language taxonomy
• Manage the review & training of all other taxonomy language and growing with outside contractors
• Schedule and deliver taxonomy related tasks, including translations, custom taxonomies, etc.
• Use and improve our taxonomy management tools, including Learning Studio
• Document our customer custom taxonomy process
• Work with customers on custom taxonomies & their training
  
  

Requirements

• BA in English / Language
• 2+ years of project management
• 2+ years of customer support and/or programming
