• eM Play International is looking for proactive and smart Technical Operations Executive to join their growing team.
• Position title:Technical Operations Executive
• Reports to :Operations Head - India
• Supervises  : n/a
• Location  :  Bangalore
• The Technical Operations Executive is responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of events.

 Roles and Responsibilities:

• End to end execution of corporate & social gaming events at Client location in Bangalore | Pan India | International
• Customize gaming products as per client requirements
• Inventory and resource management for effective day to day operations
• Client interaction at the top management level
• Managing client database to plan a full calendar round the year.
• Support in social media marketing and promotions
• Promptly develop quiz results and present it to client
• Testing Gaming products and reporting it to developers for  flawless execution
• Basic troubleshooting to avoid hassles at the event

Profile:  Required Qualifications

• Should be a graduate with computer science as a major subject (preferably B.E. / B. Tech. / BCA, MCA, Diploma in CS, BSc. CS or IT can also apply)
• 0 -1 year work experience
• Basic computer skills with a flair for DBMS, programming. Should be well versed on MS Office suite (excel, word, and power point). Interest in social media marketing.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Good Analytical and problem solving skills,
• Should be flexible to adapt the culture of the organization. Comfortable to work in a diverse environment
• Should be a good team player and should have the potential to perform as individual contributor.
