Job Description

Technical Presales Engineers (Networking/Security/Storage)

Experience: 5-10 years

Work Location: Pune

  • Works on opportunities identified by the sales team. Guides and supports sales team with relevant market and/or product analysis.
  • Interacts with prospective customers to fluently put across Calsoft capabilities and identifies customers’ requirements with as much clarity as possible.
  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and Calsoft.
  • Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer and Calsoft. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
  • Coordinates closely with sales, engineering and resourcing teams to align solution design with customers’ business requirements and Calsoft capabilities.
  • Secures from customer technical staff commitments needed to ensure a deal’s “technical close.”
