Lumenci jobs - Technical Product Manager

Lumenci is a legal tech startup founded by group of IIT alumni in US. Lumenci’s mission is to transform the legal and intellectual property industry in US & Europe with groundbreaking products and services. We are currently looking to build an exceptionally strong technical team in Gurugram, India, to help us build quality AI/Blockchain based products in legal tech space.

Responsibilities:

•        Ensure agile test-driven product development for robustness, usability, reliability, security and performance.

•        Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies / tools to maximise development efficiency and productivity.

•        Oversee the design and development of AI/ML and Blockchain based products and applications.

•        Build the team by hiring necessary personnel such as software developers, data scientists, UI/UX engineers etc.

•        Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

•        Take responsibility for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects.

•        Partner with product, design and other teams to ship major features and product improvements.

•        Inspire teams to innovate, invent, implement, and deploy complex software solutions in a commercial, mission-critical environment.

•        Develop and grow engineering talent through effective mentoring, coaching, succession planning and retention strategies in a fast growth, highly competitive environment.

•        Be the guardian of customer experience and place the customer first, even when relentlessly driving business growth for business and operations.

•        Gather, analyse and distribute intelligence on products, competitors and customer behaviour across different platforms to drive product and business decision-making.

Expected Competencies | Skills

•        Ability to independently architect and implement complex data science solutions

•        Deep understanding of statistical modelling, machine-learning approaches and deep-learning

•        Have experience in implementing one of the techniques: Linear regression, Logistic regression, Linear discriminant analysis, Decision trees, Naive Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbours, Learning vector quantization, Support vector machines, Bagging and random forest and Deep neural networks.

•        Adaptability to new technology and thinking outside the box to develop and implement short and long-term creative solutions.

•        Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Education and Experience

•        BTech/ MTech in Computer Sciences, from premier colleges.

•        5+ years of experience in software development as an individual contributor.

•        2-3 years of relevant experience as a team lead/engineering manager.

•        Experience delivering Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain based products.

•        Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
