Technical Program Manager/Cloud Customer Capacity

Minimum qualifications:

10 years of relevant supply chain management experience in a related industry.
10 years of experience with sales/account management.
5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or the tech industry.

Preferred qualifications:

Ability to prioritize, maintain attention to detail, and work well in an environment with competing demands.
Ability to interact directly with customer executives and resolve escalations and issues, improve the customer experience and drive initiatives that increase customer success.
Ability to effectively present to both technical and non-technical audiences and quickly understand and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT space.

Responsibilities:

Provide requested capacity in a timely, transparent manner.
Work with internal teams to deliver the best cloud capacity experience possible.
Enable and assist with customer launch events.
Enable the pursuit of large new business agreements for Google Cloud Platform.
Define and improve processes, metrics, tools and automation to effectively meet customer needs while reducing inefficiency for all stakeholders.
